Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue in Bellevue, WA seeks an Assistant Manager - Banquets to support the Banquet Manager in running the outlet as a profitable unit aligned with Hyatt standards. You will strive for maximum guest satisfaction while maintaining budget controls and brand integrity.

The role requires a relevant hospitality qualification and at least 2 years' experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with high standards.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Banquet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget.
• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
