Job summary

Hyatt International is seeking an Assistant Manager - Banquets to support the efficient operation of the department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards. You will assist the Banquet Manager in running the assigned outlet as a profitable, independent unit while maintaining Hyatt operating concepts and delivering maximum guest satisfaction within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant hospitality degree or diploma and a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Assistant

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
