Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Customer Support Associate in Chennai to handle client inquiries with clear English communication. The role emphasizes effective email handling, basic MS Excel/Word tasks, and a customer-first approach.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in BPO, good communication skills, and the ability to work scheduled shifts in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a university degree or equivalent. Knowledge of basic computer systems is a plus.

• Good customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

• Familiarity with computer systems and basic user experience.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of responses from the customer.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies in any UG degree.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts.
• Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client.
• Skills in MS Excel basics and MS Word.
