Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a Graduate (Any) with 3–5 years of international BPO Banking experience for KYC/AML roles. The candidate will lead a process-focused team, ensure adherence to SLAs, and maintain strong English communication while working night shifts.

The role requires familiarity with KYC/AML/CDD concepts, ability to manage complex issues, and collaboration with the team to meet department objectives.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Any) with minimum 3–5 years of work experience in an international BPO Banking process.
• Excellent understanding or SME of KYC/AML/CDD experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML concepts and processes.
• Should be able to lead the team as a process expert.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the necessary SLAs and report to the team manager on a regular basis.
• Anticipate problems and recognize when to deviate from standard practices.
• Seek assistance or resolve complex issues with process knowledge.
• Adhere to project requirements and department objectives.
• Follow technical protocols and general procedures guided by department objectives.
• Communicate effectively to coordinate job-specific information and collaborate with team members.
• Participate in training programs based on business needs.
• Attend team meetings or customer calls (if required).
• Perform Quality Audits based on process requirements.
