Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking candidates for KYC/CDD processing to ensure compliance with SOPs and accurate data capture. The role requires clear English communication and the ability to interpret financial documents within a banking BPO environment.

Responsibilities include adhering to standardized processes, maintaining up-to-date procedures, and participating in training. Flexible shifts may be required to meet client needs, including occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Banking BPO preferred.
• 1+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications.

• Provide narrative in English language to include proper grammar and sentence structure
• Review and keep up to date, and fully abide by the process operational and administrative procedures and ensure process compliance
• Participating in the training programs based on business needs
• Attending team meetings or customer calls

Job Requirements & eligibility Criteria

• 2+ Years of experience in Banking BPO is preferred
• University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies of the Accounting & Commerce Graduates.
• 1+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday and weekends if required (Comp off shall be provided) 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 2:00PM to 12:00 AM
• Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client.
