Job summary

ERM Placement Services is seeking a sales-focused professional with strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI systems to drive direct sales to OEMs, EPCs, and end customers in industries such as steel, power, chemical, cement, and oil & gas.

The role involves meeting defined customers, lead generation, forecasting, and achieving monthly to yearly sales targets through multiple channels, with emphasis on developing new business opportunities in the Indore area.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI systems.
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols (RS232/RS485, Profibus/ProfiNet, Modbus, Ethernet).
• Exposure to direct sales to OEM, EPC and end customers ( Steel, Power, Chemical, Cement, Oil & Gas ).

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates should have good knowledge in PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, Industrial communication networks like RS232, RS4DF, Profibus, ProfiNet, Modbus, Ethernet Protocol.

Candidates need to have exposure / experience of direct sales to OEM, EPC and End customers (Steel, Power, Chemical, Cement, Oil & Gas etc.)
