Job summary

ERM Placement Services is seeking a sales-focused professional with expertise in PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI systems to drive business in industrial sectors. You will generate leads, forecast sales, and present product information to OEMs, EPCs and end customers across steel, power, chemical, cement, and oil and gas industries.

The role involves direct sales responsibilities, meeting ambitious targets, and identifying opportunities through multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI systems.
• Experience with industrial networks like RS232/RS485/RS4DF, Profibus, ProfiNet, Modbus.
• Exposure to direct sales to OEM/EPC and end customers in process industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, forecasting and planning daily/weekly sales activities.
• Provide customers with product information and meet sales targets.
• Meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets and manage inquiries and leads.

Role & responsibilities

• Meeting the defined customer from the customer base.
• Lead Generation, Forecasting & planning the daily & Weekly sales activities.
• Provide customers with product information.
• Meeting Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Sales targets.
• Generate inquiries and sales leads through various channels
• Identifying, developing and managing business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates should have good knowledge in PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, Industrial communication networks like RS232, RS4DF, Profibus, ProfiNet, Modbus, Ethernet Protocol.

Candidates need to have exposure / experience of direct sales to OEM, EPC and End customers (Steel, Power, Chemical, Cement, Oil & Gas etc.)
