Mahindra Finance is seeking a field-focused sales professional in Kerala to source New Car and Pre Owned Car loans, build dealer relationships, and meet monthly targets. The role includes field visits, assisting applicants with documentation, and coordinating with credit and operations for timely disbursal.

The candidate should be graduated, willing to travel within the district (about 20%), and hold a valid two-wheeler license.

Responsibilities

• Source customers for New Car loans & Pre Owned Car Loans.
• Build and maintain strong relations with dealers, DSA, Brokers, and local influencers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement.
• Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, EMI plans, and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers in application filling and ensure end-to-end support.
• Collect and verify customer KYC, income proof, bank statements, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing.
• Submit cases for credit approval and follow up until disbursal.
• Update tracking sheets or CRM systems with real-time loan status.
• Resolve discrepancies and support verification officers during field investigations.
• Ensure onboarding and welcome call completion.
• Coordinate with customers for repayment-related queries.
