Job summary

Eye Gear in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Stock Auditor to ensure accurate stock records and effective loss prevention across store operations. You will conduct physical counts, analyze ERP data, and perform audits to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring opening/closing procedures, invoice accuracy, and cash handling compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory counts to ensure stock record accuracy.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy of stock records.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems) to identify trends and areas for improvement in stock management processes.
• Counter-to-counter Audits, irrespective of all the parameters like stock, cash, Assets, and grooming, etc.
• Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and optimize store operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, damages, or other operational concerns.

Job Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the Optical industry.
• Strong understanding of physical inventory management principles, including stock control, processing, and valuation.
• Proficiency in conducting process audits and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Experience with loss prevention techniques.
