Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in inventory audit, stock audit, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
• Experience in apparel, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory reconciliation and stock management.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to work with inventory data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular physical inventory audits across warehouse, stores, and stock locations.
• Verify physical stock against system records and identify discrepancies.
• Track stock movement, inward and outward transactions, returns, damages, and adjustments.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory audit reports.
• Investigate stock mismatches, shortages, excesses, and unauthorized adjustments.
• Coordinate with warehouse, retail, operations, and accounts teams for discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure proper stock tagging, SKU-wise counting, and inventory documentation.
• Monitor inventory control processes and identify areas of improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of audit findings and corrective actions.
• Support periodic stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
