Job summary

TeamLease is seeking a detail-oriented logistics coordinator to manage order picking, stock maintenance, invoicing, and dispatch with accurate GST invoices and delivery challans.

The role covers stock reconciliation, MIS reporting, courier follow-ups, and supporting CS, with branch admin responsibilities and safe route planning for delivery personnel. B.Sc or B.Com graduates with interest in optical industry are preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualification--B.Sc, B.Com preferable.
• Knowledge of ERP Oracle will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of optical industry.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packaging of orders processed in ERP (NG/Oracle) SKUwise.
• Maintain stocks SKUwise and generate invoices (stock transfer/daily invoicing/auto generation).
• Dispatch lenses with Tax invoices and Delivery Challan; handle GST E-waybill.
• Reconcile stocks monthly and maintain tax invoices, delivery challans, and credit notes.
• Indent stocks as per stock levels and send MIS daily for reconciliation.
• Courier follow-up for dispatched lenses and coordinate dispatch to other locations.
• Support CS in processing orders and handle branch office administration.
• Assist with route planning for delivery personnel and ensure customer service.
• Maintain professional customer communication both internal and external.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.

Role & responsibilities

A) Picking and packaging of Orders processed in ERP (NG/Oracle) SKUwise

B) Maintain Stocks SKUwise

C) Generating of Invoice (Stock transfer/Daily invoicing/Auto generation of invoice)

D) Dispatching the lenses with proper documents like Tax invoices,Delivery Challan

E) Knowledge of GST E waybill both intrastate and interstate and dispatching the

same wherever applicable.

F) Reconciliation of Stocks (Consumables/Lenses/Non Inventory items) monthly

basis.

G) Record keeping (Acknowledgement copy) of Tax invoices/Delivery

Challan,Indexing the same,maintaining credit note records.

H) Indenting of stocks both inventory and non inventory as per stock levels

I) Sending MIS on day to day basis for the daily transaction reconciliation

happening at stock point.

J) Courier Followup for the dispatched lenses at the stock point from other location

as well as knowledge of dispatching the same to other locations

K) Supporting CS function in terms of processing orders in time of need.

L) Branch office administration on day to day activities.

M) Handling Delivery boys with proper route plan and service to customers with

safety protocol

N) Customer communication should be in proper manner both internal and external

O) Good interpersonal skills and customer oriented approach

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of ERP Oracle will be an added advantage with good knowledge of MS Office.
