Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a Stock Auditor to perform physical stock audits and verify inventory against system records. The role requires attention to detail and field travel to stores/warehouses.

Responsibilities include reporting variances, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining audit trails while following SOPs. Prior experience in stock/audit preferred; commerce background beneficial.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline, preferably Commerce.
• 1-3 years of experience in stock audit/inventory/retail audit.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, audit processes and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical stock audits at stores/warehouses as per schedule.
• Verify stock against system records (SOH) and identify mismatches.
• Ensure accurate scanning and counting of inventory items.
• Prepare and submit detailed audit reports with variance analysis.
• Investigate discrepancies such as shortages, excess stock, and damaged goods.
• Coordinate with store/warehouse teams during audits.
• Ensure adherence to audit processes and SOPs.
• Highlight operational gaps and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and evidence (photos, reports, etc.).
• Support re-audits and special audit assignments as required.

Job Title: Stock Auditor

Job Summary:

The Stock Auditor is responsible for conducting physical stock audits, verifying inventory accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical stock audits at stores/warehouses as per schedule
• Verify stock against system records (SOH) and identify mismatches
• Ensure accurate scanning and counting of inventory items
• Prepare and submit detailed audit reports with variance analysis
