Job summary

Sagility Limited in Hyderabad is seeking an Assistant Manager - Process Training to lead and deliver training for the RCM/BPO teams. The role requires overseeing training programs for new hires and existing staff, and ensuring curriculum is current with industry best practices.

The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years in an international BPO/KPO, healthcare exposure, and at least 2 years in training leadership. Excellent communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree is must.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in an international BPO/KPO, healthcare experience preferred (RCM).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a process trainer and training team handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Stay updated with best call listening sessions, training methods and modules.
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
• Prepare hard copy training materials such as presentations and video modules.
• Train freshers and existing employees on end-to-end RCM/Business in batches.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs for all employees.
• Review training needs and monitor progress through assessments.

Experience:

Should have experience of a minimum of 6 years in a international BPO/KPO. Preferable healthcare experience Provider line of business (RCM). Minimum 2 years of experience as a process trainer. Should possess Training Team handling Experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Schedule appropriate training sessions for new and existing employees
• Stay updated with the best Call listening sessions. training methods and modules.
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
• Prepare hard copy training materials such as presentations, video module.
• Should train fresher’s and existing employees on end-to-end RCM/Business in a batch-wise manner.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs for all employees
• Review training needs.
• monthly Schedule and perform pre- and-post-training assessments and monitor progress.

• Experience in creating and developing training content such as modules and process SOPs.
• Should have strong exposure on TNA/TNI.
• Should have good experience on classroom training and prior experience in handling batches of fresher and existing folks on RCM line of business.
• Preferable medical billing experience in RCM/ Payor side.
• Good with MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point).
