Qualifications

• Deliver on operational metrics for the Training team, achieving key outcomes like throughput and performance.
• Develop training programs, curricula, and materials for various roles and levels within healthcare.

• Drive business value by reducing learning curves for new hires and improving time-to-proficiency.
• Build processes and governance to identify and mitigate learning gaps across sites.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Training professional from the Healthcare Domain with >15 years of experience in managing large Training delivery team across multiple locations/sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational metrics for the Product and Systems Training team, meeting/exceeding key training outcomes like Training Throughput, 30 day/60 day/90 day performance across productivity and quality
• Developing Training Programs: create or update training materials, design curriculum, and select appropriate training methods for various roles and levels within the healthcare organization
• Leverage technology to build new gen/tech based digital Training assets, using platforms to build e-learning content and AI to create a customized learning pathway for participants
• Drive value for the business by delivering on projects to reduce learning curve for new hires and improve speed to proficiency
• Build process and people capability to ensure learning curves are reduced and governance structures are put in place to identify/mitigate gaps
• Evaluating Training Effectiveness: assess the impact of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and make adjustments as needed to improve outcomes
• Stay current with industry standards, keeping abreast of the latest developments in healthcare practices, regulations, and technology to ensure training programs are relevant and up-to-date
• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., clinical leadership, HR, IT) to identify training needs, align training with organizational goals, and ensure training programs are integrated into overall operations
• Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their professional development and performance
