Next Step HR is seeking an experienced Associte Recruiter (Non-IT) with a strong background in Indian non-IT hiring to manage mandates end-to-end and drive successful closures. This is an opportunity to work on high-quality roles with strong earning potential while collaborating with a structured recruitment team.

You will source and screen candidates, coordinate with Account Managers, and support salary negotiations, while maintaining progress across multiple mandates.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of recruitment experience (agency or consulting preferred).
• Mandatory experience in Indian market hiring.
• Strong expertise in non-IT roles across functions or industries.
• Ability to independently manage stakeholders and candidate pipelines.
• Strong ownership mindset and adherence to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned mandates.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for role fit.
• Submit shortlisted profiles to the Account Manager for client submission.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Support offer discussions and salary negotiations.
• Drive roles to closure within agreed timelines.
• Participate in team syncs and maintain consistent progress updates.
• Work on a minimum of 4 active roles per month.
