Mouser is seeking a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bengaluru. The role covers end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You will source via job portals and social networks, screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain robust pipelines. Excellent communication and multitasking across multiple requisitions are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
