You are a proactive and results‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in end‑to‑end IT recruitment. You possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to source high‑quality candidates across various technology domains. Your role will involve managing the entire IT recruitment lifecycle, understanding technical job requirements, and coordinating with hiring managers. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through different platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial HR/technical screening calls, scheduling and coordinating interviews, negotiating salaries, rolling out offers, and ensuring smooth candidate onboarding. Additionally, you will maintain recruitment trackers, update hiring reports regularly, and build a strong pipeline of IT talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand technical job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and references
