Job summary

CloudThat is seeking an Associate Manager – Recruitment (IT Hiring) to lead end-to-end IT and non-IT hiring. The role focuses on sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.

You will manage requirements, build recruitment strategies, screen and interview candidates, negotiate offers, and mentor junior recruiters to improve processes. Prior experience in IT hiring is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 5–10 years of recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
• Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support recruitment process improvements.
