Job summary

Randstad Staffing in Hyderabad is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end candidate screening, scheduling, and onboarding. You will collaborate with clients, manage candidate data, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.

The role involves using recruitment platforms, maintaining ATS records, preparing candidate profiles, and generating reports on activity and pipelines to help hiring teams move quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain applicant tracking system with up-to-date candidate records and statuses.
• Assist in preparing candidate profiles, resumes, and summaries for submission to clients.
• Learn digital recruitment tools, platforms, and internal systems to build core technical proficiency.
• Support onboarding activities by preparing documentation and following up on compliance.
• Prepare reports on recruitment activity, response rates, and candidate pipelines.
• Respond to candidate queries promptly and represent the company professionally to applicants at all times.
