Responsibilities

• Develop compelling job descriptions and specifications to improve the attraction and matching of qualified candidates
• Organize job postings on various platforms and local job boards, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and aligned with client's needs
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience against the job requirements
• Source active and passive candidates by leveraging recruitment software, databases, social media or referrals within own professional network to find suitable talents operational roles
• Initiate regular market analysis to stay up-to-date with labour market trends and hiring practices
• Collaborate with clients to shortlist successful candidates, manages the offer and candidate feedback process, while balancing the interests of both candidate and client
• Provide updated recruitment reports and candidate pipeline analysis to clients and internal management
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, updating them on their application status and next steps of the recruitment process, while facilitating career conversations around their long‑term development goals
