Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Validates candidate exam/assessment results and generates required reports for analysis.
• Presents exam/assessment results to Recruitment Experts and stakeholders.
• Manages candidate communications, guides them through the interview process and provides updates on application status.
• Facilitates interviews and maintains real-time updates in the candidate tracking system.
• Maintains real-time updates in the candidate tracking system, maintaining a comprehensive overview of talent for small to mid-sized clients.
• Assists in drafting and sharing specialized job descriptions for operational roles on job boards, social media, and niche recruitment channels.
• Participates in job fairs and industry-specific events to proactively source passive talent and build candidate pools aligned with operational expertise with limited online presence.
• Manages and updates job postings accurately, for both immediate and short-term placements opportunities.
