• Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings with proactive engagement.
• Gathers feedback from candidates and improves recruitment processes in collaboration with clients.
• Monitors diversity metrics within recruitment processes and improves representation where needed.
• Tracks and reports time-to-fill metrics for each role to ensure client satisfaction and timely recruitment.
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients to understand current and future priorities.
