Mobikwik is seeking an Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition (Non-Tech) to drive end-to-end bulk and corporate sales hiring. You will work with hiring managers to source, screen, and close strong talent while enhancing the candidate experience.

In this fintech setting, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle, engage passive candidates, support campus drives, and maintain ATS data with timely updates and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 5–10 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Exposure to bulk/volume hiring.
• Sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS knowledge.

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition (Non -Tech) to drive end-to-end bulk and corporate sales hiring. This role will work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and close strong talent while helping build an efficient, candidate-friendly hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Pipeline Management

• Source candidates for non tech sales roles using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for assigned open positions
• Proactively engage passive candidates through outreach, communities, and networking platforms
• Support employer branding efforts through campus drives, meetups, and social media engagement

Recruitment Execution

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management
• Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of telephonic/video interviews to assess technical fit and culture fit
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and panels, ensuring minimal turnaround time
• Track candidate status and maintain accurate data on the ATS

Stakeholder Coordination

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and finalize JDs
• Share regular updates on pipeline status, interview feedback, and offer progress
• Facilitate smooth communication between candidates and interview panels

Candidate Experience

• Ensure timely follow-ups and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring funnel
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closures for assigned roles
• Handle onboarding coordination for selected candidates as needed

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain hiring trackers and share basic recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline status, offer ratios) with reporting manager
• Ensure hiring practices comply with company policy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 5 to 10 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably with exposure to bulk / volume sales hiring
• Working knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) and ATS platforms
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a fintech company is a MUST
