Masai School is seeking an Associate Manager of Performance Marketing in Bengaluru to drive learner acquisition through paid campaigns. You will manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels, track key metrics, and optimize campaigns in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve lead generation.
• Track CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions.
• Assist planning, budgeting, and performance improvements.
• Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to boost results.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to grow and improve efficiency.

We're looking for an Associate Manager - Performance Marketing to support our digital marketing efforts and help drive learner acquisition through paid campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels
• Monitor campaign performance regularly and improve lead generation
• Track important metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions
• Support campaign planning, budget utilization, and performance improvements
• Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages
• Work with content and design teams for better campaign performance
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Identify new opportunities to improve growth and campaign efficiency

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
• Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Good understanding of campaign metrics and digital funnels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of GA4 or analytics tools is a plus
• Startup or EdTech experience is an added advantage
