Job summary

Masai School in Bengaluru is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to drive learner acquisition through paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms. You will optimize campaigns, monitor metrics, and collaborate with content and design teams to craft performance-focused creatives.

The role requires 1–2 years in performance marketing with knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, plus strong analytical skills and a readiness to test new strategies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and conversion rate.
• Basic understanding of digital funnels and lead generation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and performance reports.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new marketing strategies.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of GA4, Google Analytics, or other analytics tools is a plus.
• Internship or hands-on project experience in paid marketing is an added advantage.
