We are looking for a hands-on, analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to independently manage paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients.

• 2–4 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience.
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
• Good understanding of Google Search campaigns, Meta lead forms, remarketing and conversion optimisation.
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Ability to independently manage multiple client advertising accounts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and reporting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of campaigns and work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Independently plan, launch, manage and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop effective lead generation strategies for schools, educational institutions and other service-based businesses.
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, keyword research, bidding strategies and remarketing.
• Monitor and optimise CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rates and cost per qualified lead.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators and video editors to develop high-performing advertising creatives.
• Integrate campaigns with CRM systems and monitor lead quality throughout the admissions or sales funnel.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaign structures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Research competitors, identify opportunities and continuously improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the internal strategy and admissions teams to improve overall lead-to-conversion performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with digital marketing agencies, educational institutions, EdTech or other lead‑generation businesses.
• Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of 1 lakh or more.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead attribution and landing page optimisation.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
