Job summary

Masai School in Bengaluru is hiring an Associate Manager - Performance Marketing to drive learner acquisition through paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels.

You will monitor campaign performance, optimize lead generation, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports while collaborating with content and design teams to boost ROI. 1–3 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing

• Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Good understanding of campaign metrics and digital funnels

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of GA4 or analytics tools is a plus

• Startup or EdTech experience is an added advantage
