Job summary

Intell Workforce Group, an offshore recruitment outsourcing company based in Ahmedabad, is seeking an HR Executive to own people operations. The role covers end-to-end hiring for internal US IT recruiters, onboarding, attendance and records, and policy compliance.

You will engage with international clients, drive retention through recognition and one-on-ones, manage resignations and exit processes, and push automation via our HRMS and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles.
• MBA or degree in Human Resources preferred.
• Experience hiring for IT, BPO or staffing roles is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder handling.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and AI/automation tools.
• Willing to work US-shift hours on-site in Ahmedabad.
• Exposure to US staffing operations and international clients.
• Culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience with HR technology and automation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance, leave and shift records for a night-shift team, and flag patterns early.

• Handle employee concerns and grievances fairly, confidentially and on time.
• Drive engagement and retention through recognition programs, one-on-ones and exit interview insights.
• Manage resignations, notice periods, exit formalities and relieving documentation.
• Help improve and automate HR processes using our in-house HRMS and AI tools.

Intell Workforce Group, is an offshore recruitment outsourcing company based in Ahmedabad. Since 2023, our team of 50+ recruiters has supported US staffing firms and their enterprise clients with end-to-end hiring. We are growing, and we are looking for an HR Executive who will own our people operations and help us build a strong, accountable team.
