Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience across multiple roles.
• Experience with large-volume hiring is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics.

• Hands‑on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
