Credence Global Solutions is seeking a recruitment professional to own the full lifecycle—from candidate discovery to onboarding coordination—in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. You will source through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other platforms, screen applicants, and manage multiple conversations to fill high-volume roles.

Experience in International BPO hiring is a plus, and you will lead compensation discussions and offers while ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency with recruitment platforms, especially Naukri.com.
• Experience hiring for International BPO roles is a plus.
• Comfort working in a metrics-focused environment with ambitious hiring numbers.
• Able to manage multiple candidates and conversations in parallel.

About the role:

• Own the complete recruitment journey for open positions, spanning initial candidate discovery through final offer discussions and onboarding coordination
• Identify and attract talent across multiple channels including Naukri.com, LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting platforms
• Screen applicants, initiate outreach calls, and run preliminary evaluations to assess fit
• Arrange interview sessions and liaise between candidates and internal hiring teams to keep processes moving
• Lead compensation discussions, distribute offer letters, and ensure smooth transitions for new hires
• Build and nurture candidate databases, synthesize interviewer input, and validate references before commitment
• Craft and refine sourcing plans designed to hit recruitment volume and timeline goals
