Job summary

Responsibilities

• Government & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
• Project Implementation: Manage end-to-end delivery of government partnership programs.
• Field Visits: Travel across districts of Assam to support project delivery.
• Student onboarding: Coordinate onboarding and usage for students in the project.
• Project Monitoring: Track progress and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve challenges.
• Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for leadership and officials.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project communications and records.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams and government stakeholders to meet timelines.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Operations Associates who will work closely with internal teams, government officials and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of Filo's government partnership programs.

The role will involve managing project execution, building strong government relationships, coordinating with stakeholders, facilitating student onboarding and usage, conducting field visits across districts, and ensuring timely reporting and project outcomes.

What you'll do

• Government & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials and other relevant stakeholders within the ecosystem.
• Project Implementation: Manage the implementation and end-to-end delivery of large-scale government partnership programs.
• Field Visits: Travel across different districts of Assam, including rural locations, to facilitate project implementation and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Student Identification & Onboarding: Coordinate the identification, onboarding and successful usage of students associated with the assigned project.
• Project Monitoring: Track project progress, identify challenges and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Reporting: Prepare and share regular project updates, progress reports and outcomes with the leadership team and relevant government officials.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, success stories, key efforts, challenges, discussions and relevant internal and external communications.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and government stakeholders to ensure effective execution of project requirements and timelines.

What we're looking for

• Education: Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline.
• Location: Candidates must be residents of Assam or a nearby location and should ideally belong to the same district or a nearby district.
• Government Relations: Prior experience in building and managing relationships with government officials and stakeholders is required.
• Project/Client Management: Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, client management or a related role.
• Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build, maintain and engage professional networks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent command of written, spoken and reading Hindi and English.
• Field Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively across Assam, including rural and field locations, as required for project implementation.
• MS Office Skills: Comfortable working with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for documentation, reporting and project tracking.
• Government Project Experience: Prior experience working on government projects or government partnerships will be an added advantage.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate effectively with government officials, internal teams and other stakeholders while managing multiple project activities.
