This role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth and achieving long-term partnerships with both government and private stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Business Opportunity Identification:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging business opportunities and build strong pipelines in target markets.
• Assess and prioritize potential areas for expansion based on market trends and company goals.
• Relationship Building:
• Establish and foster relationships with government bodies and public sector organizations to explore potential collaborations, partnerships, and contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective stakeholders to drive long-term business partnerships.
• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement strategic business plans and sales strategies aligned with company objectives to meet growth targets.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand business needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Proposal and Presentation Development:
• Prepare, present, and follow through on detailed proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Utilize data-driven insights to support proposals and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and coordination.
• Facilitate strong connections with government or private sector partners to support business objectives.
• Develop the revenue model and strategy: Define the value proposition of Filo’s offerings and design sustainable revenue models. Prepare annual/monthly sales plans, budgets and pricing strategies.

What we’re looking for

• Experience with Government Partnerships with government agencies - state, district or national level is required
• Graduates from one of the public policy fellowships in India - Gandhi Fellowship, Public Policy in Action(PPIA), Piramal Foundation, Transform Rural India (TRI) organization, Teach for India organization (TFI) etc. is a plus
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention-to-details.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with key stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organisation.
• Good organisational and time management skills to help keep projects on track.
