Job summary

Gryphon Hytech Services in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate Executive - TA to support end-to-end recruitment. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement within the Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate has 6 months of early-career recruitment experience, a graduate degree (HR preferred), and is ready to work in-office across five to six days a week at our Bangalore location. Reporting to the TA Lead/Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate with HR qualification preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience in early-career recruitment.
• Role based in Bangalore with in-office work 5-6 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases and approved channels.
• Screen resumes against job requirements and conduct initial HR screening.
• Assess candidate interest, experience, compensation, notice period and location suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback.
• Support documentation, offer and joining activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment system updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
