Gng Electronics is seeking a competent TA Manager to oversee end-to-end recruitment, ATS, and HR data management from our Navi Mumbai location. You will drive bulk and campus hiring, manage recruitment operations, and optimize costs while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

The role requires strong stakeholder coordination, process adherence, and expertise in HR documentation and reporting. You will lead a team, maintain records, and ensure timely joining formalities.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and lead a recruiter team of 4–6 members.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Oversee offer management, including rollout and follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Administer ATS usage and optimization for tracking.
• Monitor hiring pipelines and candidate databases.
• Prepare Recruitment MIS and HR reports.
• Collaborate with senior managers to fulfill talent needs within timelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with HR operations for salary and related details.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented TA Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR data management. The role requires strong stakeholder coordination, process adherence, and proficiency in HR documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving recruitment operations efficiently while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Candidate must work on bulk hiring, campus hiring, hiring cost optimization, Manpower management, forecasting, hiring source development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Built and manage high performing recruiter team of 4 to 6 members.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and facilitate end-to-end interview coordination
• Oversee offer management, including roll-out and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth onboarding and completion of joining formalities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
• Administer accommodation and travelling reimbursement will be done in TAT.
• Administer and optimize the usage of ATS for effective recruitment tracking.
• Monitor hiring pipelines and maintain structured candidate databases
• Prepare, analyze, and present Recruitment MIS and HR reports.
• Collaborate closely with senior managers and internal stakeholders to fulfil talent requirements within defined timelines
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards
• Collaborate closely with HR operation team for salary and other details within defined timelines.
