Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and lead a recruiter team of 4–6 members.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Oversee offer management, including rollout and follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented TA Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR data management. The role requires strong stakeholder coordination, process adherence, and proficiency in HR documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving recruitment operations efficiently while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Candidate must work on bulk hiring, campus hiring, hiring cost optimization, Manpower management, forecasting, hiring source development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Built and manage high performing recruiter team of 4 to 6 members.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and facilitate end-to-end interview coordination
• Oversee offer management, including roll-out and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth onboarding and completion of joining formalities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
• Administer accommodation and travelling reimbursement will be done in TAT.
• Administer and optimize the usage of ATS for effective recruitment tracking.
• Monitor hiring pipelines and maintain structured candidate databases
• Prepare, analyze, and present Recruitment MIS and HR reports.
• Collaborate closely with senior managers and internal stakeholders to fulfil talent requirements within defined timelines
