Job summary

Vouchagram India Pvt Ltd ( GyFTR ) is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter in Delhi to manage end-to-end hiring across non-IT roles. You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide onboarding while maintaining candidate databases and trackers.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel and dashboard tools to support HR operations and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field; MBA would be preferred.
• 3+ years of end-to-end hiring experience through various channels: LinkedIn, Naukri, iimjobs, etc.
• Experience in sourcing and screening non-IT roles such as Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Ops, and Legal.
• Stakeholder management and coordination.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Dashboard and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Support onboarding activities, including documentation collection and new joiner formalities.
• Coordinate induction sessions and maintain employee records and HR trackers.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and other day-to-day HR activities.
• Provide administrative support for HR operations and employee-related processes.
