Job summary

Gryphon Hytech Services in Bengaluru is seeking an Executive/Sr Recruiter - TA to independently manage end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring across functions.

This full-time, on-site role reports to the TA Lead/Manager; requires a graduate or postgraduate with HR specialization and a minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition.

Work from office is mandatory, with 5-6 days per week.

• Own assigned requirements from sourcing through candidate joining.
• Understand role, skill, experience and band requirements.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using multiple recruitment channels.
• Conduct HR screening and assess overall candidate suitability.
• Manage interview coordination, feedback, selection, offer and joining.
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders on recruitment requirements.
• Monitor candidate pipelines, ageing, conversions and potential hiring risks.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure process compliance.
• Support volume, lateral and niche hiring requirements.
