HiveMinds, a unit of Madison World, seeks Delivery Unit Head - SEO to lead and scale high‑impact SEO and PPC programs for diverse clients. The role demands strategic thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, and strong client communication to drive growth.

You will manage a team, coordinate content planning, conduct technical audits, and use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA, and GTM to optimize performance. A degree is required, with 3–5 years in agency SEO leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years or more of experience leading impactful SEO/PPC programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
• Strong understanding of a wide range of marketing practices and the ability to translate SEO/PPC for marketers of all experience levels.
• Proven team leadership and management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with people at all levels, fostering cross‑functional teamwork.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, speaking and writing persuasively in marketing and interpersonal contexts.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Impeccable project‑management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of standard and enterprise SEO tools, including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, AdWords Keyword Planner, GTM, and Google Webmaster Tools.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS as they impact search accessibility.
• Ability to think strategically and drive growth for both clients and company.
• Experience with keyword research, content planning, off‑page backlink building, tech SEO audits, page‑speed performance, data pulling & crunching, understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods, familiarity with WordPress or other CMS, competitive analysis, and handling a team.
