• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and implementation.
• Proven track record of improving rankings, traffic, and organic performance for multiple clients.
• Experience using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn in the rapidly evolving SEO and AI landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Drive improvements in keyword rankings, organic traffic, visibility, and conversions.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
• Monitor algorithm updates and proactively adapt strategies as required.
• Analyse website performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on AI-powered search and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and test optimisation approaches for AI-driven search experiences and answer engines.
• Evaluate how clients can improve discoverability across evolving search ecosystems.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and innovation initiatives related to AI and search.
• Partner closely with the Account Management team to support client growth objectives.
• Work alongside Meghal (Account Manager) on day-to-day client deliverables and priorities.
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical SEO expertise, recommendations, and insights.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable building strategy, analysing data, identifying opportunities, and rolling up their sleeves to implement recommendations.

This is not a business development or sales role. The primary focus of the position is to strengthen our technical SEO capabilities and deliver measurable results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Drive improvements in keyword rankings, organic traffic, visibility, and conversions.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.

Technical SEO

• Conduct technical website audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, and other technical SEO factors.
• Work closely with development teams to implement technical recommendations.
• Identify and resolve SEO-related issues impacting website performance.
• Leverage tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

AI & LLM Search Optimisation

• Stay updated on emerging trends in AI-powered search and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and test optimisation approaches for AI-driven search experiences and answer engines.
• Evaluate how clients can improve discoverability across evolving search ecosystems.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and innovation initiatives related to AI and search.
