Job summary

Equinox Labs in Navi Mumbai (Rabale) is seeking an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments. You will mentor the recruitment team, drive strategic hiring for CXO and leadership roles, and build robust talent pipelines to meet business needs.

The role requires 6–8 years of TA experience, strong stakeholder management, and proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Expertise in recruitment strategy, market mapping, talent intelligence, and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferable Candidate: Navi Mumbai.
