You will handle end-to-end recruitment, coordinate with regional managers, and upkeep hiring trackers and reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in corporate/global hiring is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Hiring and recruitment portals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good analytical and data management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working from office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Shift Timing: 11:30 am to 8:30 pm

Holcim Global Hub Business Services is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage corporate regional and international hiring requirements across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in global recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing through LinkedIn Hiring and various job portals, and maintaining recruitment data with high accuracy.
