Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in global recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing through LinkedIn Hiring and various job portals, and maintaining recruitment data with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate regional and global roles
• Handle international hiring requirements across multiple business functions
• Source quality candidates through LinkedIn Hiring, job portals, and other sourcing channels
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders across regions
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular hiring updates
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer coordination
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and recruitment data accurately
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hiring
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experience in corporate/global hiring is mandatory
