Policybazaar is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to lead our high-volume sales hiring across regional hubs in Mumbai. You will lead a team of recruiters to plan, execute, and deliver large-scale recruitment drives for frontline sales roles.

The role requires 6+ years of total TA experience with at least 3 years in people leadership, fluency in Marathi for Mumbai, and comfort with a 6-day WFO.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to lead our high-volume sales hiring across key regional hubs. In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters to plan, execute, and deliver large-scale recruitment drives, ensuring tight operational rigour and meeting aggressive ramp-up targets for frontline sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Massive Scale & Bulk Hiring: End-to-end management of high-volume sales recruitment across the region, meeting strict headcount and SLA targets.
• Drive Execution: Conceptualize, organize, and execute walk-in drives, campus hires, vendor networks, and referral programs to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Team Leadership & Management: Directly mentor and manage a team of TA specialists (3+ years leadership experience required), driving daily productivity, metrics tracking, and performance management.
• Regional Sourcing Strategy: Leverage local market knowledge and regional language capabilities to effectively engage candidates and drive conversion rates.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business line managers and regional sales heads to align on hiring forecasts, interview panels, and onboarding timelines.
• Process Rigour & Analytics: Maintain strict recruiting hygiene, track funnel metrics (footfalls, conversion ratios, offer-to-join ratios), and continuously optimize sourcing channels.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years of total experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically focusing on Core TA and high-volume / bulk sales recruitment.
• Leadership: Minimum 3+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters.
• Regional Language Proficiency (Mandatory):
• Mumbai: Fluent in Marathi (Spoken)
• Execution Rigour: Proven track record of managing aggressive hiring targets, fast-paced walk-in drives, and large-scale operational scale-ups under tight deadlines.
• Work Preference: Comfortable with a 6-day Work From Office (WFO) setup.
