Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion & Order Fulfilment: Manage end-to-end lead lifecycle by actively following up on inbound/outbound leads and ensuring timely conversion into confirmed orders.
• Vendor & Operator Coordination: Act as a bridge between bus operators and vendors to ensure seamless communication, alignment on requirements, and smooth booking execution.
• Vendor Negotiation: Engage with vendors to negotiate competitive pricing and favorable terms, ensuring better margins and higher conversion rates.
• TAT Reduction: Continuously monitor and optimize turnaround time from lead generation to final conversion, ensuring faster closures and improved customer experience.
• SOP Implementation & Compliance: Ensure adherence to defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and track their effective implementation across processes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development (BD) and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to drive efficient sales conversions and improve overall funnel performance.
• Data-driven Insights: Analyze data and performance metrics to derive actionable insights, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance conversion rates and operational efficiency.

Educational Qualifications -

MBA

Preferred Experience (Minimum & Maximum):

2-4 years of experience with Mobility, Logistics, or similar organizations working in a supply/ops/BD/Sales role requiring cross-functional coordination.
