Job description

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of the supply chain function of packers and movers

• Define and execute the overall process from onboarding partners, finalising pricing with each vendor, negotiation, vendor feedback, accounting, etc.

• Work closely with the field, data platform, Sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure that the Vendor curation is done smoothly as per the defined timelines.

• Assess the specific challenges of ground execution, and determine the most suitable approach to solve them on real‑time basis.

• Bring market and consumer insights and work with the product managers for product improvement/new opportunities identification.

• Understand and recommend if there are any third‑party engagement requirements to help streamline the vendor Onboarding process.

• Define the execute feedback mechanism with vendors.

• Proactively identify and address the execution challenges/bottlenecks to reduce the execution risks.

• Proactively communicate to keep all the stakeholders aligned and informed about the progress of the various initiatives.

• Create and cultivate a pipeline of vendors as necessary and be the SPOC interface with them.

• Analyze and present the data to help in understanding the true picture of the initiatives and aid data‑driven decisions.
