• Compliance & Audit: Ensure 100% adherence to safety protocols, documentation, and regulatory audits.
• Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and resolve issues for a large regional team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Experience: Proven track record in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or E-commerce operations.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
