Centuary Fibre Plates is seeking an experienced professional to manage Operations & Fleet planning, ensuring efficient dispatch and optimal vehicle utilization.

The role involves vendor sourcing and cost management, negotiating freight terms, auditing invoices, and producing MIS reports on freight expenses and transporter performance for senior management.

Strong analytical skills and ability to coordinate across factory and warehouse teams are essential to streamline loading schedules.

Qualifications

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily dispatch to optimize routes and maximize vehicle utilization.
• Track vendors On-Time Delivery and Turn Around Time (TAT)
• Resolve real-time transit issues, such as vehicle breakdowns and route diversions.
• Source, onboard, and evaluate third-party logistics providers and local transporters.
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate freight rates and terms to align with budget targets.
• Audit freight invoices to ensure accurate billing before final payment approval.
• Coordinate closely with Factory & warehouse teams to streamline loading schedules.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports regarding freight expenses, transit times and transporter efficiency for senior management.
