We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Operations Manager to own our vendor-to-delivery engine end to end from sourcing and pricing, through purchasing and billing, to getting material picked up and delivered across the country as fast and as cost-effectively as possible. This is a ground-level, get-it-done role, not a desk-only one. Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management & Procurement

• Manage the existing vendor base and continuously scout, evaluate and onboard new vendors for better price, quality and reliability.
• Negotiate hard on pricing and terms driving real cost savings without ever compromising delivery timelines or product quality.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers so they stay responsive when it matters most.

Pricing, Billing & Documentation

• Own and keep updated the product rate sheets including per-square-foot and per-panel rates across the product range.
• Prepare and process invoices, verify and confirm bills, and ensure billing accuracy against orders and deliveries.
• Keep the CRM and all order records accurate and up to date at all times.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate the full logistics cycle so pickups happen the same day, within a 2448 hour standard.
• Track shipments end to end and push for the fastest possible delivery, resolving any problem quickly when things go wrong.
