Responsibilities

• Screen, assess, and interview candidates for skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS and other tools.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize sourcing strategies and processes.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to improve sourcing techniques.
• Contribute to employer branding with compelling job postings and promoting company culture and values.

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent requirements, and establish candidate profiles for various roles within Construction, EPC and Data Centre etc.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including Vendor Partners, Job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging internal and external resources.
• Screen, assess, and interview potential candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and alignment with the company's culture and values.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for all parties involved.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation using the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize sourcing strategies, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies and recruitment trends to continuously improve sourcing and talent acquisition techniques.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating compelling job postings, promoting the company's culture and values.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or PG with 4-8 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, with a strong focus on lateral hiring.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels and methodologies.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
