Job summary

Skillventory in Mumbai is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead sourcing and recruitment efforts across Construction, EPC, and Data Centre sectors. You will engage with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs and build a robust pipeline, using diverse sourcing channels and direct outreach.

You will screen and interview candidates, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain accurate records in the ATS while driving recruitment improvements and employer branding

Qualifications

• Graduate or PG with 13+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
• Experience in lateral hiring.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent requirements, and establish candidate profiles for various roles within Construction, EPC and Data Centre etc.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including Vendor Partners, Job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging internal and external resources.
• Screen, assess, and interview potential candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and alignment with the company's culture and values.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for all parties involved.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation using the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize sourcing strategies, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies and recruitment trends to continuously improve sourcing and talent acquisition techniques.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating compelling job postings, promoting the company's culture and values.
