Job summary

Vilas Javdekar in Pune, Maharashtra invites a Recruitment Leader to guide a team of 3–4 recruiters. You will shape sourcing strategies, manage end-to-end hiring across lateral, bulk and campus intake, and partner with senior stakeholders to align hiring with business goals.

You will conduct structured interviews, monitor TAT and pipelines, and deliver MIS dashboards. A people-first mindset, strong communication, coaching ability and resilience under pressure are essential to succeed in this role.
